Youth Ministry - Campaign of Hope

Take Courage! I Have Overcome the World. — John 16:33

Helping Young People Grow in Faith, Hope, and Courage

At Holy Name of Jesus Parish, our Youth Ministry is a vibrant community where young people encounter Jesus Christ, build lasting friendships, discover their gifts, and find their place in the Church.

Through initiatives like Teen Night, Camp Savio, Faith First, livestreaming, World Youth Day, and various service projects, our young people not only grow in faith but also learn to serve, lead, and make a difference in our parish and beyond.

We have seen firsthand how the generosity of our parish community creates meaningful opportunities for young people to grow in their relationship with Christ.

This year, as we look ahead to World Youth Day 2027 in Seoul, South Korea, we draw inspiration from its theme:

“Take courage! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)

These words remind us that true courage comes from our friendship with Jesus, who invites us to trust in Him, build community, and share His love with the world.

Through our 2026 Campaign of Hope, we invite you to invest in the faith and future of our young people, helping them answer God's call with courage!

Help Us Reach Our Goal!

Our goal is to raise $20,000 to continue supporting the growing needs of our Youth Ministry.

Your generosity will help us provide meaningful opportunities for young people to encounter Christ, deepen their faith, develop leadership skills, and actively participate in the life of our parish.

This year, a portion of the proceeds will also help young people attend World Youth Day 2027 in Seoul, South Korea! This international pilgrimage will offer our youth a unique opportunity to encounter the universal Church, grow in their faith, and return inspired to serve their communities.

Where Will Your Donations Go?

Your contributions will help support Youth Ministry initiatives throughout the year, including:

• Camp Savio: Providing materials, activities, and resources for our summer camp.
• Pilgrimages and Retreats: Helping young people participate in faith-filled experiences, including World Youth Day Seoul 2027.
• Youth Gatherings: Providing meals, snacks, and hospitality during Teen Nights and other activities.
• Faith Formation: Purchasing materials and resources that enrich our youth programs.
• Leadership and Service: Supporting training opportunities and service projects that encourage young people to put their faith into action.

Every donation, big or small, makes a meaningful difference!

Donations of $20 or more are eligible for a charitable tax receipt.

Our Campaign of Hope runs from November 1 to November 30, 2026.
