During Lent, Catholics are invited to pray the Stations of the Cross.
What are the Stations of the Cross ?
The Stations of the Cross is an action prayer. Catholics walk to through fourteen stations of cross and stop to pray at each one. Each station represents an event leading up to Jesus’ crucifixion & death. In most churches, like ours you will find 14 images on the walls for parishioners to pray the stations of the cross. Every Thursday during Lent our priests pray the stations during our morning livestream. We are inviting you now to participate in praying the Stations of the Cross as a Lenten practice. Here are several ways as a family this can be done.
